It is a great script but unfortunately does not work when you add a form action statement to submit to a cgi script.
The form action statement I need to use is :
<FORM NAME="profileForm" ACTION="/cgi-bin/zyview/D=seekercv/V=add_commit" METHOD="POST">

What do I need to do to make this work please?
