The answer didn't address what the question wanted. When resizing in NetScape, NO MESSAGE should ever be displayed. So, the question was, 'how can I prevent Netscape from displaying a message when it is resized', and the answer provided told how to have Netscape show a DIFFERENT message, when what is needed is to tell Netscape to show NO message.
