The article "Re-directing access within Frames", doesn't answer the question:

Q126 How would I be able to force all incoming pages to appear within the specified frame (many pages have _top or _parent target parameters)?

I'm trying to do this as well, but haven't found a way to do it yet.

I have been trying to do this without any success for some time now. The above reference does not really answer the question. Any tips on how to do it would be greatly appreciated.
