I had difficulties involving NS6 caching the results of CGI's, and needed a way to force a refresh one time each time the CGI was run. This answer did not work for me however, but instead gave me an infinite refresh loop. Here's how I did it instead.

Set it up the same as was shown above, but use this function instead:
