The page loads just fine but at times there is a box with a red x in the upper left hand corner.

I have Windows ME and Internet Explorer 6.0

I want to know how to fix the problem of having the red X inside the box. Is there something that needs to be checked or unchecked to make the computer receive the pictures or is it a problem on the other end with whoever is sending the pictures?
