not sure how to word this. i need to make a webb page with a data base (example i have the data base already made)with first name,last name,phone,address,state,city,and zip. to make it simple with 500 entries. Then to make a weeb page with a search so that i can input any of the fileds so if i only thing i know is the last name i could enter that and get back informtion no data or ever last name with the other information that was in the pre data base. the data base is edited by the host the user can only search.
how would i go about this?? can you help?? what would be the best program to wright the data base?? do your know of any examples that i may find to help me with this task.

I have a question and I am not sure who else to ask. Can anyone help me with this. I am using Cold Fusion and I have an Access database of words and definitions. I am trying to make certain words that output from another database link automatically to the words in my glossary. Is there an easy way?
