How do we pass variable values from one window to another? (From parent window to child?)
There was a reference about passing variables between frames. I tried the same with windows, but didn't work out.

Just a comment regarding the "document.write" statement: I would like to display the result of a function by using a document.write statement in the *same* page where the inputs of that function (via a form) are entered. Is it possible?
