absolutely hate these itsy bitsy little dribbles of information; other people manage to put a chapter of text on a page, why can't YOU. Its horribly cynical to try to make people have to spend more time for pages to load than actually absorbing any info. And it doesn't encourage local caching of too many badly linked, vastly oversized documents.
