I have seen these image filters work on other PCs/Browsers but I have ie5.01/win95 and cannot see the effects on this page. Any thoughts?

I just loved this article, I never thought doing Photoshop like stuff is possible in HTML, even though it works only on IE but the scope is tremendous.
Thank you guys for opening this part of the world of HTML to me.
