There is nothing new. All that you can get here you can read at microsoft's site.

There are to few examples. I still don't know how to add menubar, statusbar... or is it possible or not to do it.

I need information about where to begin when debugging Javascript that works fine in HTML but doesn't work at all in HTA.
What are the differences between the HTML and HTA object models? What things are supported in Javascript when used in HTML, but not when used in an HTA?
