Q4010 Can Java include a Windows based .exe file in its applets?

Yes. The Java applet can include Windows based .exe file. All you have to do is to give the applet the Runtime Permission for the codebase from which the Java applet is being downloaded. Once the client has given the Runtime Permissions to the particular codebase then the Java applet that is downloading can very well use the client .exe file.
