Q4075 In Internet Explorer 5 I have all the boxes checked for Java, but when I go into a chatroom all I see is an outline of a box and a little icon that looks like a square, circle, and triangle. What is wrong... I can not look at any applets?

Q4075 In Internet Explorer 5 I have all the boxes checked for Java, but when I go into a chatroom all I see is an outline of a box and a little icon that looks like a square, circle, and triangle. What is wrong... I can not look at any applets?

The Java Virtual Machine might not be installed properly. Please check the Java Console provided in you browser and see what error it shows. Even if this doesn't solve your problem then try reinstalling the browser or check for VM installation separately. One more thing try to create session from some different machine.
