Q526 Can I create http connections to a url and exchange information?

No.

Eric Bauersachs writes:

It is possible, but limited. You can can change the href property of a hidden frame or a picture and attach the information to the URL. The internet server responds generating a page with new JavaScript code (in the case of a frame) which can interact with the other code. I haven't got examples, but it's possible though.
