This can only be done with software that can create a complete email with emails headers.
You might be able to do it with Java, you'll certainly be able to do it with a cgi program (possibly writtne in Perl).
For advice on Java, please re-ask the question using the "Ask A Question" form at http://ww.irt.org/utility/question.htm, making sure to select the Java category.
For advice on CGI do the same but select the CGI/Perl category.
This way the question will be directed to one of two people who will be able to help you further.
