1. How was this image created?
Any type of markup for this is never given. That leaves the answer incomplete.

2. Why was an example from the Amaya list of examples chosen? (There is really no shortage of examples.)

"There have also been numerous attempts to use and display math in Java applets, but still this has not solved some of the basic needs for a math markup language on the web."

The basic needs are not elaborated.

1. The example is an interesting way of illustrating how MathML can be used.

2. It does not reflect the difficulties which led to the development of MathML. The same can be done using a Excel-HTML type conversion. (It is very unlikely that spreadsheet was a motivation for MathML.)

1. What type of markup? (It is never mentioned that EzMath can only generate Content markup.)

2. What is EzMath code? How can the user "realize" when he/she hasn't even seen the EzMath code?

Test cases? Is this an opinion or has this ever been mentioned at W3C?
